1.Open run (win + R)
2.Type cmd
3. To start hotspot type the code in cmd
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
4.To Stop
netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
5.To set wifi name and password
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=wifi_name key=password
