Steps:-
1.Open Commend Prompt
Open Run (Win+R) and Type cmd
2.To start hotspot type the code in commend prompt
netsh wlan start hostednetwork
The hosted network is started
3.To Stop Hotspot Enter the code in Commend Prompt
netsh wlan stop hostednetwork
4.To set Hotspot name and password enter the code in cmd
netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=wifi_name key=password
ssid is the name of hotspot
key is the password of hotspot
Now your hotspot name and password is changed
