To get back View Image button in Google Image Search you should install an extension called View Image.
To install the extension first you need to go to google web store and search for view image extension or you can install the extension using the below link.
Download Extension – View Image
After installation goes to extension settings and enables the extension. (chrome://extensions/)
Now the View Image button is back in action.
